Earth Day

This week we celebrated Earth day by reading books about recycling and trash, doing art projects, and sorting trash and recycling: plastic and cardboard.

In art, the students made bird feeders that we hung outside on the trees.

They also used q-tips to paint blue and green on the earth.

Spring Bulletin Board

Here is our spring bulletin board that Jill made! The students made their own flower gardens, so cute!

Pirates

Last week's theme was pirates. My students made the cutest pirate crafts!

 



Music Craft

For art last week, my students made their own kazoos. The decorated toilet paper rolls and put wax paper and a rubber band on the end.

Music

This week we are learning about music. During library time, Mrs. Green had the students listening to music and playing on an interactive website.

Painting

Art Class

On Mondays, our class does adapted art. Today they did some painting for a 2-part snowflake project. They all seemed to enjoy the painting!
